Job Summary

- Provide day-to-day client support and ensure seamless service

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years' experience in defined contribution plans
- QKA credential is strongly recommended or equivalent expertise
- Ability to work independently and set priorities
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
