Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client support and ensure seamless service
• Build and maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and track account activity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years' experience in defined contribution plans
• QKA credential is strongly recommended or equivalent expertise
• Ability to work independently and set priorities
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
