Retirement Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Retirement (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for daily administration of retirement plans and develop strong client relationships
• Research issues and negotiate problem resolution while collaborating with internal partners
• Lead client meetings and assist in mentoring new account managers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience
• Three years of customer relationship experience, including one year in retirement or financial services
• Knowledge of daily administration of retirement plans
• Proficiency using MS Office tools, including Excel
