Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Specialist-Retirement to provide customer support for retirement plan accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service inquiries from clients, advisors, TPAs, and client executives
- Handle client transactions, including payroll, distribution, and enrollment needs
- Support the coordination of complex plan activities, including fund changes and product conversions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
- One year of customer service experience
- Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Retirement industry experience preferred
- ASPPA designation or related coursework preferred
