Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist-Retirement to provide customer support for retirement plan accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to service inquiries from clients, advisors, TPAs, and client executives
  • Handle client transactions, including payroll, distribution, and enrollment needs
  • Support the coordination of complex plan activities, including fund changes and product conversions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Retirement industry experience preferred
  • ASPPA designation or related coursework preferred
