Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Retirement Administrator will manage Non-Qualified plans and collaborate with Executive Leadership on compensation plans while serving as a liaison between beneficiaries and participants.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and interpret Retirement Plans, facilitating requests for contribution adjustments and refunds
- Research and assist in the administration of employee benefits, collaborating with external vendors for program management
- Handle communications and administrative changes related to highly-compensated employees' plans
Required qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Non-Qualified Deferred compensation plans
- Knowledge of Retirement Plan interpretation and administration
- Experience communicating with Executive-level associates
