Retirement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Analyst who will assist caregivers, participants, and retirees with processing retirement-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations while processing retirement transactions
• Act as a subject matter expert on defined benefit and contribution plans, providing guidance to stakeholders
• Perform retirement operational duties including benefit calculations, eligibility evaluations, and troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Experience in Retirement Plans Administration or employee benefits
• Familiarity with regulations affecting retirement benefits plan administration
• Superior computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
