Retirement Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting retirement operations, the full-time remote Retirement Analyst will assist caregivers, participants, and retirees with processing retirement-related transactions while ensuring compliance with regulations and providing expert guidance on pension and benefit plans.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage retirement transactions, ensuring compliance with ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations
- Act as a subject matter expert on defined benefit and contribution plans, providing support to leadership and participants
- Coordinate with various departments and external partners to ensure accurate data transfer and reporting for retirement programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Experience in Retirement Plans Administration or employee benefits
- Familiarity with regulations impacting retirement benefits plan administration
- Superior computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
