Retirement Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing retirement benefits program, the full-time remote Retirement Benefits Analyst will manage day-to-day operations, conduct audits, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the benefits experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operations, including audits of system data and overseeing file feeds for timely data sharing
• Collaborate with team leads to address system bugs and communicate findings to partners
• Analyze customer benefits data using SQL and Excel, identifying and resolving operational issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• SQL knowledge required
• Experience with Employer Sponsored Benefit Plans and 401(k) is essential
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Retirement certifications (RPF, QKA, etc.) strongly preferred
