Supporting participants with pension and retirement inquiries, the full-time remote Retirement Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls, assist with account information, and provide professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding pension and retirement benefit inquiries
  • Assist participants with questions related to pension plans, payments, and required documentation
  • Research and resolve participant concerns while meeting productivity and quality expectations
Required qualifications
  • Previous customer service and call center experience
  • Pension or retirement benefits experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
  • Ability to pass required background screening and drug test
