Job Summary
Supporting participants with pension and retirement inquiries, the full-time remote Retirement Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls, assist with account information, and provide professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding pension and retirement benefit inquiries
- Assist participants with questions related to pension plans, payments, and required documentation
- Research and resolve participant concerns while meeting productivity and quality expectations
Required qualifications
- Previous customer service and call center experience
- Pension or retirement benefits experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
- Ability to pass required background screening and drug test
