Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client communications regarding annuity contracts
• Analyze and resolve issues in annuity administration, including compliance and payment processing
• Manage updates to the Comprehensive Pension Administration System and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven customer service experience
• Strong expertise in the insurance industry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous annuity experience preferred
• Must be able to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection
