Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Case Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and log assigned retirement cases daily
- Conduct courtesy calls to ensure participants receive their pension packages and assist with completion
- Oversee cases from initiation to closure after the first payment is processed
Required Qualifications
- Previous call center experience
- Preferred knowledge of retirement and pension processes
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
- Must pass an internet speed test and connect via ethernet cable
- Reside in a state compliant with compensation structure regulations
