Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Case Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and log assigned retirement cases daily
  • Conduct courtesy calls to ensure participants receive their pension packages and assist with completion
  • Oversee cases from initiation to closure after the first payment is processed
Required Qualifications
  • Previous call center experience
  • Preferred knowledge of retirement and pension processes
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
  • Must pass an internet speed test and connect via ethernet cable
  • Reside in a state compliant with compensation structure regulations
