Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Claims Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Annuity and Life claims from initial notification through final resolution
- Handle customer and provider inquiries and issue resolution with accuracy and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls throughout the claims process
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years in annuity, retirement, or finance experience or a bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum 6 months experience meeting production goals in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to master multiple systems and handle diverse customers
- Maintain productivity and quality above team standards
- Participate in cross-training initiatives as assigned by management
