Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Claims Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Annuity and Life claims from initial notification through final resolution
  • Handle customer and provider inquiries and issue resolution with accuracy and professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls throughout the claims process
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years in annuity, retirement, or finance experience or a bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 6 months experience meeting production goals in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to master multiple systems and handle diverse customers
  • Maintain productivity and quality above team standards
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives as assigned by management
