Job Summary

Generating new business opportunities, the full-time remote Retirement Client Advisor will manage a customer portfolio, serve as the primary contact for clients, and deliver exceptional service while building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and conduct regular investment reviews and consultations
  • Educate clients on market conditions, investment strategies, and regulatory changes affecting their plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and communicate tailored investment recommendations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a sales role
  • Broad knowledge of financial markets, asset allocation principles, and investment products
  • Experience with defined contribution retirement plans and understanding of ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations
  • Certifications such as CFA, CIMA, QPFC, or CFP are a plus
