Job Summary
Supporting compliance processes in a remote environment, the full-time Retirement Compliance Administrator will manage administrative and technical tasks related to retirement plan administration, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements while collaborating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and accurate communication related to retirement plan administration and compliance
- Support compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, and other regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain operational integrity and assist in peer reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- At least three years of experience in financial services or a related field
- Applicable ASPPA designations or similar certifications preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
