Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the Distribution team to ensure standards are met
• Manage the employee life cycle including hiring, training, and performance reviews
• Provide coaching and support to ensure timely execution of functions while maintaining compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recordkeeping/trust experience in operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in the financial industry
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workflow effectively
