Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Implementation Specialist to support new retirement plan onboarding and advisor-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for incoming advisor inquiries and support throughout the sales and onboarding lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new retirement plans, including documentation and coordination with recordkeepers
- Provide ongoing operational support for internal teams related to recordkeeper coordination and plan changes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in retirement plans, pension administration, or financial services is preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Ability to learn complex plan structures and operational processes quickly
- Willingness to take initiative and own processes end-to-end
