Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Implementation Specialist to support new retirement plan onboarding and advisor-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for incoming advisor inquiries and support throughout the sales and onboarding lifecycle
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding of new retirement plans, including documentation and coordination with recordkeepers
  • Provide ongoing operational support for internal teams related to recordkeeper coordination and plan changes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in retirement plans, pension administration, or financial services is preferred
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Ability to learn complex plan structures and operational processes quickly
  • Willingness to take initiative and own processes end-to-end
