Job Summary
Retirement Implementation Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the onboarding process for new retirement plan clients, managing implementation timelines, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the new business implementation process with sales consultants and stakeholders
- Schedule and facilitate implementation meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned on timelines and deliverables
- Document key discussions and decisions, manage communication with internal and external parties, and oversee the delivery of education materials
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the defined contribution industry, preferably in recordkeeping or administration
- Previous experience with new client onboarding and/or project management is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel occasionally and cover peak workloads as needed
