Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Contribution Integration Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage integration tracking database and maintain accurate records for quality assurance
  • Ensure core system integrity by reviewing and validating test files and formats
  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to troubleshoot issues and enhance client experience
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year experience in SFTP, EDI, API, or related fields, preferably in retirement operations
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems
  • Passion for client satisfaction and ability to interpret technical documents
