Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Contribution Integration Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage integration tracking database and maintain accurate records for quality assurance
- Ensure core system integrity by reviewing and validating test files and formats
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to troubleshoot issues and enhance client experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in SFTP, EDI, API, or related fields, preferably in retirement operations
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
