Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service and administrative support to complex defined contribution plan clients
  • Train, coach, and mentor lower-level recordkeepers
  • Handle client communications and coordinate with various teams for processing and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of defined contribution client service experience
  • Experience with OMNI 7.4 platform systems
  • Proficiency in creating and updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Must work East Coast hours
