Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Operations-Lead Recordkeeper.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide service and administrative support to complex defined contribution plan clients
- Train, coach, and mentor lower-level recordkeepers
- Handle client communications and coordinate with various teams for processing and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of defined contribution client service experience
- Experience with OMNI 7.4 platform systems
- Proficiency in creating and updating Excel spreadsheets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Must work East Coast hours
