Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for fund adds and transfers, coordinating complex changes and ensuring documentation is accurate and timely
  • Understand, calculate, and trade complex corrections while ensuring compliance with IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client experience and maintain written procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
  • One or more years of experience in defined contribution plan administration or implementation
  • Knowledge of retirement and recordkeeping systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively
