Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for fund adds and transfers, coordinating complex changes and ensuring documentation is accurate and timely
- Understand, calculate, and trade complex corrections while ensuring compliance with IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client experience and maintain written procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
- One or more years of experience in defined contribution plan administration or implementation
- Knowledge of retirement and recordkeeping systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively
