Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Account Administrator (Manager).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service retirement plan accounts while ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance
- Respond to plan sponsors' requests and coordinate with specialists for necessary actions
- Develop and recommend improvements to workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year, or 4 years of equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of defined contribution plan administration or management experience
- Strong background in customer service and relationship management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of ERISA, DOL, IRS regulatory issues, and roles in qualified plans
