Job Summary
Managing and servicing retirement plan accounts, the full-time Retirement Plan Account Manager will ensure client satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely across various states.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to plan sponsors' requests for information and consultative services regarding plan amendments
- Interface with management and internal support to research issues and coordinate responses to plan sponsors
- Develop and recommend improvements to workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience, or 4 years of equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of defined contribution plan administration/management experience with a strong customer service background
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulatory issues
- Understanding of TPA, Plan Sponsor, broker, and participant roles in qualified plans
