Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Administration Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare annual testing, Forms 5500, and trust accounting projects
  • Perform compliance testing and manage client communications
  • Train and oversee less experienced staff while maintaining workflow efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years of applicable experience, including with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs)
  • QKA or CPA certification
  • Strong technical knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations regarding retirement plans
  • Experience with compliance testing and preparation of Forms 5500 and 1099-R
