Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Administration Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare annual testing, Forms 5500, and trust accounting projects
- Perform compliance testing and manage client communications
- Train and oversee less experienced staff while maintaining workflow efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6+ years of applicable experience, including with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs)
- QKA or CPA certification
- Strong technical knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations regarding retirement plans
- Experience with compliance testing and preparation of Forms 5500 and 1099-R
