Job Summary
Providing administrative support and client service for defined contribution retirement plans, the part-time Retirement Plan Administrator will manage inbound payroll calls, resolve service issues, and ensure compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound payroll calls and resolve complications for retirement plan clients
- Process transactions for plan valuations, including contributions and withdrawals, while ensuring compliance with standards
- Prepare and present client reports, including valuation reports and compliance forms, and participate in client meetings
Required qualifications
- Call center or phone-based customer service experience required
- Basic accounting knowledge required
- Experience with defined contribution plans preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high call volumes
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
