Job Summary

To support the administration and compliance of retirement plans, the remote Contract Retirement Plan Analyst will manage plan operations, assist with regulatory compliance, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day administration of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans
  • Assist with compliance requirements, including Form 5500 filings and audit requests
  • Partner with Payroll, HRIS, and Finance for data reconciliation and vendor management
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retirement plan administration or benefits
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or HR preferred
  • Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and retirement plan recordkeeping platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of retirement plan regulations
  • Ability to communicate complex plan provisions effectively to stakeholders
