Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for retirement small business clients, the full-time Client Service Manager will respond to inquiries, monitor compliance projects, and maintain industry knowledge while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison for clients and advisors regarding retirement plan questions and compliance needs
  • Proactively communicate annual compliance project requirements and deadlines
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure operational compliance and support client inquiries
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in retirement plan services
  • Ability to clearly explain complex compliance topics
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to pursue ASPPA certification if not already obtained
