Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for retirement small business clients, the full-time Client Service Manager will respond to inquiries, monitor compliance projects, and maintain industry knowledge while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for clients and advisors regarding retirement plan questions and compliance needs
- Proactively communicate annual compliance project requirements and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure operational compliance and support client inquiries
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retirement plan services
- Ability to clearly explain complex compliance topics
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Willingness to pursue ASPPA certification if not already obtained
