Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of retirement plan provisions and related materials
• Support audits and assist Plan Consultants with operational and compliance issues
• Prepare annual valuation and compliance reports and handle confidential data securely

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 8+ years of hands-on retirement plan testing experience
• Experience with 5500's and relevant documents
• Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification preferred
• Prior experience with plan administration software preferred
