Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations by reading and interpreting retirement plan documents
• Support audits and resolve operational issues related to qualified plans
• Prepare annual valuation and compliance reports for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 8+ years of hands-on retirement plan testing experience
• Experience with 5500 forms and employer calculations
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification preferred; QKA and QPA designations are a plus
