Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with retirement plan provisions and relevant regulations
• Support DOL, IRS, and large plan audits while assisting Plan Consultants with compliance issues
• Prepare annual valuation and compliance reports and maintain confidentiality of client data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 8+ years of retirement plan testing experience
• Experience with 5500 forms and relevant documentation
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification preferred; QKA designation is a plus
