Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with retirement plan regulations and prepare annual valuation and compliance reports
- Support Plan Consultants in resolving operational and compliance issues related to qualified plans
- Track job progress to meet compliance deadlines and assist with quality assurance reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 to 8+ years of hands-on retirement plan testing experience
- Experience with 5500 forms and relevant documentation
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification preferred; QKA designation is a plus
