Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates complex interactions with Plan Consultants and ensures compliance with regulations
• Tracks job progress, prepares annual valuation and compliance reports, and supports audits
• Responsible for plan administration, compliance, and quality assurance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 8+ years of hands-on retirement plan testing experience
• Experience with 5500 forms and cash basis/trust accounting
• Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification preferred; QKA designation is a plus
• Prior experience with plan administration software is preferred
