Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of retirement plan provisions with regulations
• Support audits and assist Plan Consultants in resolving operational and compliance issues
• Prepare annual valuation and compliance reports and manage plan administration for specific business blocks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 8+ years of hands-on retirement plan testing experience
• Experience with 5500 forms and employer calculations
• Knowledge of cash basis and/or trust accounting
• Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification preferred; QKA designation is a plus
