Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of retirement plan provisions and related materials
• Support audits and assist Plan Consultants in resolving compliance issues
• Prepare annual valuation and compliance reports, and track job progress to meet deadlines

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 8+ years of hands-on retirement plan testing experience
• Experience with 5500's and employer calculations
• Familiarity with cash basis and/or trust accounting
• Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification preferred; QKA designation is a plus
