Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend retirement plan provisions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Support DOL, IRS, and Large plan audits while assisting Plan Consultants with operational and compliance issues
• Prepare annual valuation and compliance reports, and draft plan documents and amendments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 8+ years of hands-on retirement plan testing experience
• Experience with 5500's and relevant documents
• Associate holds Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification upon meeting eligibility requirements
• QKA designation preferred but not required
