Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend retirement plan provisions to ensure compliance with regulations
• Support audits and resolve operational and compliance issues related to qualified plans
• Prepare annual valuation and compliance reports and assist in drafting legal documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 8+ years of hands-on retirement plan testing experience
• Experience with 5500's and relevant documents
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification preferred; QKA designation is a plus
