Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for ensuring compliance with retirement plan regulations, supporting audits, and assisting Plan Consultants with operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of retirement plan provisions and related materials
• Support audits and assist Plan Consultants in resolving compliance issues
• Prepare annual valuation and compliance reports for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 8+ years of hands-on retirement plan testing experience
• Experience with 5500's and related documents
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification preferred; QKA designation is a plus
