Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
To support compliance efforts for retirement plans, the full-time Remote Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst will manage plan administration, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist Plan Consultants with operational issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Read and comprehend retirement plan provisions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Support DOL, IRS, and large plan audits while preparing annual valuation and compliance reports for clients
- Track job progress to meet compliance deadlines and assist in drafting plan documents and amendments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 to 8+ years of hands-on retirement plan testing experience
- Experience with 5500 forms and related documents
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification or progress toward QPA designation preferred
