Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst who will be responsible for managing retirement plan compliance and delivering compliance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance processes including annual census processing, annual testing, and preparation of IRS Form 5500
• Participate in training and communication of compliance administration topics to clients and business partners
• Maintain compliance systems and tools, and oversee compliance and consulting services for a block of business

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of compliance experience or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 2 years of experience working with retirement plans
• Full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility related to compliance services
• Excellent customer service skills and advanced Excel and Access knowledge
