Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst who will be responsible for managing retirement plan compliance and delivering compliance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance processes including annual census processing, annual testing, and preparation of IRS Form 5500
- Participate in training and communication of compliance administration topics to clients and business partners
- Maintain compliance systems and tools, and oversee compliance and consulting services for a block of business
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of compliance experience or equivalent work experience in a related field
- 2 years of experience working with retirement plans
- Full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility related to compliance services
- Excellent customer service skills and advanced Excel and Access knowledge
