Retirement Plan Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the full-time Retirement Plan Compliance Consultant will manage an assigned book of business by performing annual testing, asset valuations, and contribution calculations while preparing required IRS filings.

Key responsibilities

• Delegate data loading tasks to Analysts and review completed compliance forms
• Identify operational errors and compliance issues, instructing corrections to the appropriate team members
• Calculate employer contributions and perform projections, tests, and calculations as needed

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in retirement plan compliance
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Experience with Datair, FT Williams, Pension Pro, and other retirement plan software platforms
• Comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans and record-keeping platforms
