Key Responsibilities
- Review and advise on Plan Documents, Amendments, and Notices
- Manage client relationships and oversee annual administration of plans
- Conduct compliance testing and prepare necessary government forms
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services operations environment
- Broad knowledge of the retirement plan industry
- Willingness to obtain ASPPA QKA designation or NIPA equivalent
- Experience with trust accounting and compliance reporting
