Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and advise on Plan Documents and manage client relationships for annual administration and special projects
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver tailored retirement plan solutions and conduct compliance testing
- Prepare trust accounting records, government forms, and provide audit support for large plans
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services operations environment
- Broad knowledge of the retirement plan industry
- Willingness to obtain ASPPA QKA designation or NIPA equivalent
- Proficient in reconciliation processes and familiar with Microsoft Teams and file-sharing tools
