Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and advise on Plan Documents and manage client relationships for annual administration and special projects
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver tailored retirement plan solutions and conduct compliance testing
  • Prepare trust accounting records, government forms, and provide audit support for large plans
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services operations environment
  • Broad knowledge of the retirement plan industry
  • Willingness to obtain ASPPA QKA designation or NIPA equivalent
  • Proficient in reconciliation processes and familiar with Microsoft Teams and file-sharing tools
