Retirement Plan Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Retirement Plan Consultant will manage compliance tasks for 401(k) plans, provide client support on complex retirement topics, and ensure quality control for small to mid-sized plans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to internal and external clients on complex topics related to retirement plans
• Oversee quality control and review for up to 200 small and mid-sized plans
• Prepare year-end compliance projects for up to 50 small and mid-sized plans

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of retirement plan experience with a thorough understanding of retirement plan compliance
• Understanding of daily recordkeeping processes
• QKA or equivalent credential
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Client-focused attitude with strong accountability and trustworthiness
