Retirement Plan Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting a team of retirement plan professionals, the full-time Retirement Plan Consultant | Junior Associate will engage in compliance testing, trust accounting, and project preparation for 401(k) plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Providing support on retirement plan topics to internal teams
• Preparing year-end compliance projects for small and mid-sized plans
• Assisting with complex projects and calculations, including plan audits and missed deferral opportunities

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of retirement plan industry experience
• Interest in retirement plan operational processes
• Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) credential preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience with Relius software is a plus
