Retirement Plan Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Retirement Plan Consultant will manage client inquiries and compliance tasks for small and mid-sized retirement plans while ensuring quality control and project completion, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to internal and external clients on complex retirement plan topics
• Oversee quality control and review for up to 200 small and mid-sized plans
• Prepare year-end compliance projects for up to 50 small and mid-sized plans

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of retirement plan experience with a strong understanding of compliance
• Understanding of daily recordkeeping processes
• QKA or equivalent credential
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Positive, client-focused attitude with a strong sense of accountability
