Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide competitive analysis including fee disclosure analysis & comparisons to assist in the sales process
• Drive and bridge client relationships to the implementation stage and sometimes ongoing
• Track product request and develop input to contribute to the increasing technology service that the company provides to clients

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a client facing role in the financial or retirement industry
• Prior Defined Contribution industry experience required
• A people person who truly enjoys interacting with clients and can communicate difficult concepts fluidly
• A strong work ethic, proactively following up with customers and keeping them on track
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
