Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned retirement plans and manage their quarterly administration
  • Coordinate with the finance team for quarterly billing reconciliation and manage investment fund changes
  • Facilitate committee meetings and participant education, and maintain relationships with clients and third-party vendors
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the retirement plan industry
  • CRPS designation preferred
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • A proven track record of excellent customer service and client retention
