Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Coordinator - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned retirement plans and manage their quarterly administration
- Coordinate with the finance team for quarterly billing reconciliation and manage investment fund changes
- Facilitate committee meetings and participant education, and maintain relationships with clients and third-party vendors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the retirement plan industry
- CRPS designation preferred
- Experience working with CRM systems
- A proven track record of excellent customer service and client retention
