Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for fiduciary services and manage payroll data for assigned clients
  • Coordinate the electronic contribution submission process and ensure accurate data transmission
  • Assist with client communications and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Required Qualifications

  • Proven customer service and relationship management skills
  • Base knowledge of retirement plans and payroll processing platforms
