- Serve as the primary contact for fiduciary services and manage payroll data for assigned clients
- Coordinate the electronic contribution submission process and ensure accurate data transmission
- Assist with client communications and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Required Qualifications

- Proven customer service and relationship management skills
- Base knowledge of retirement plans and payroll processing platforms
