Retirement Plan Design Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote Retirement Plan Design Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to Plan Sponsors and Financial Professionals, focusing on custom retirement plan design, compliance, and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with Plan Sponsors and advisors on custom retirement plan design and compliance issues
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, recordkeepers, and financial professionals
• Stay current on industry trends and ERISA regulations to enhance client services and internal processes

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry, particularly in defined contribution administration
• Bachelor's degree required; ASPPA, NIPA, ERPA, or similar credentials preferred
• Strong experience with 401(k) and 403(b) Plans, as well as compliance testing and plan design analysis
• Proven ability to communicate complex retirement plan concepts clearly to various audiences
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
