Retirement Plan Document Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Document Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed reviews of retirement plan documents for compliance and qualification
• Serve as a technical resource for clients and team members regarding plan design and compliance
• Lead projects to enhance organizational initiatives and improve client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in retirement plan document consultation and preparation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4+ years of related experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to qualified and non-qualified retirement plans
• Retirement plan services certification through an industry organization (ASPPA, NTSA, CEBS)
• Experience with document generation systems such as ASC, FIS Relius, or ftwilliam is a plus
