Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Document Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult on complex plan designs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Review retirement plan provisions for accurate document restatements and amendments
• Serve as a resource for internal and external partners regarding retirement plan documents

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience in retirement plan administration, compliance, or document services
• Solid understanding of ERISA, IRS regulations, and protected benefits rules
• Proven ability to review and interpret legal documents related to retirement plans
• Experience with plan design changes and project management is preferred
