- Serve as the primary point of contact and project manager for new retirement plan clients and advisors
- Educate plan sponsors on plan highlights and operational processes while ensuring timely communication and updates
- Coordinate with team members and external partners to facilitate plan conversions and maintain project documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retirement plan experience
- Basic understanding of the retirement plan setup process
- Ability to explain complex compliance items clearly
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- ASPPA certification or willingness to pursue credentials
