Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate plan sponsors on plan highlights and operational processes while ensuring timely communication and updates
  • Coordinate with team members and external partners to facilitate plan conversions and maintain project documentation


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of retirement plan experience
  • Basic understanding of the retirement plan setup process
  • Ability to explain complex compliance items clearly
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • ASPPA certification or willingness to pursue credentials
